Friends of the Fighting 69th - A not-for-profit arm of the famed Fighting 69th Regiment, this organization raises funds to assist the regiment's
members and their families who experience hardship due to the wars in
Iraq and Afghanistan. The fund also provides direct financial aid to
the children of members killed in the line of duty.
123rd NYSV Museum - Re-enactors of the 28th GA and 123rd NYSV maintain this website which has an excellent (and growing) collection of information and photos for researchers and descendants of 123rd NY veterans.
24th Regiment of Foot - This site provides a history of the 24th Foot as well as an events schedule and recruitment information for this re-enactor regiment.
15SecondPitch - Laura Allen of 15SecondPitch offers public workshops and private training sessions to teach people to market themselves (and their businesses) more effectively.
Patriot Tours - This company provides Revolutionary War era walking tours of downtown Manhattan. Sites visited include Trinity Church, St. Paul's Chapel, Fraunces Tavern, Battery Park, City Hall and Federal Hall. There are also stops at various locations where Revolutionary events took place.
WMHT - Great TV Auction and Holiday Auction - This is the website for upstate New York and southern New England's public television station. In April and November each year, Leddy & Slack donates gift certificates products for the station's fundraising auctions.
Iconoplast Designs - Both members of the Leddy & Slack team worked for Iconoplast Designs in the late 1990s, with Christopher learning sculpting and mold-making from third-generation French master plaster craftsman and sculptor Jean-Francois Furieri.
Forbes Collection - This small museum in Greenwich Village houses a wonderful exhibit of Malcolm Forbes' world-renowned collection of tin soldiers. On view are 12,000 toy soldiers, just a selection of the 100,000 military miniatures in the Forbes Collection.
Sharkbait Studios - The owners of Sharkbait Studios, Greg and Jill Kares, are the keepers of the official Leddy & Slack archive. An old friend (and meticulous housekeeper), Greg receives the first cast of each new Leddy & Slack figure for his collection.
